About Me

I'm an Associate Professor of English and former Associate Editor of Religious Studies. I'm originally from Seattle, I've lived in Quebec (Canada) and throughout California (Los Angeles) and spent extended periods in Britain and India on study abroad and field studies programs. I follow trends in digital scholarship and evolving media, while enjoying hobbies such as skiing, composing gospel and choral music, watching Bollywood films and more foreign films than I care to count. Spending time with my children and husband are what complete me.

Friends We Follow

On the topic of gospel and choir music, I have a few fellow friends that I'd give a shout out to for all their help in building and creating the arts program: Carlos, Tanya A, Dale Garner, Naomi Collier.
